Welcome to Austin Polymer Clay Guild

Welcome to the blog of the Austin Polymer Clay Guild.  We are a group of polymer clay artists of varying persuasions, from professionals to dabblers to newbies that all share a passion for polymer clay.  We meet the first Saturday of each month at the Ralph Yarborough Library, in Austin, Texas, from 2:00 to 4:30.
Each month we offer a lesson in clay techniques taught by one of our members

We also schedule "Clay Days" a few times during the year, when we meet for a day of good food, good company and time to work on individual projects.  Clay days are a great way to get advice on a project or try something new, with the "old hands" ready to help.

We have workshops scheduled with two nationally known polymer clay instructors.  More info on these workshops will be provided as it comes available.

The scope of this blog is to provide information about our Guild and entice Austin clayers to join us.  We will be posting projects members are working on, essays on the claying life, tutorials and meeting information.  Stay tuned...exciting things are coming.
